Elli and Mark Gordon and Sarah and Gary Wolkowitz are the owners of Hot Sox, one of the key socks and tights companies. The four began with an idea that socks were pretty boring. Since then, the company has been instrumental in establishing pattern socks as a part of regular assortments. They really believe in offering the market something different. In fact, Hot Sox deliberately took the pattern route back in the '70s when other big knitters were taking the color route.
