1. How do I order shoes or socks from the Inge's Footwear site?

  • Ordering items from the site is easy. On the home page, items are grouped by category (Men's Shoes, Women's Shoes, and Socks), then by manufacturer within each category. Browse the different manufacturers by clicking on their buttons, which will take you to a page that displays all the items offered by that manufacturer.
  • When you find an item that you would like to order, click on 'To Order' next to that item.
  • You will be taken to a page where you will click buttons to select your size, color and quantity. Click on the circle in front of the color to select that color. Click on the width under your size to select size. Click on the arrow to select the number of pairs you want. If you need to convert from US Sizes to European Sizes, click on the button 'US - Euro Size Conversion Chart' to view a conversion chart. Once you have selected size, color and quantity, click on the 'Add to shopping cart' button which will take you to the page which displays all the items you have selected for purchase and the total cost of your purchase.
  • To change or delete an item, click the 'Delete' button to the left of the item description.
  • If you are satisfied with your selection, select the shipping method below your shopping cart summary.
  • Sales tax is calculated based on the state your order is shipped to.
  • Scroll down the page and enter your customer information. It is only necessary to enter shipping information if it is different from the customer information you entered.
  • To see your order's total, click on the 'Recalculate' button located just above the customer information area.
  • At the bottom of the form, read Inge's Footwear Return Policy, and click on 'Submit Order'. Your order has been sent to the Inge's Footwear store and soon a store representative will call you for payment information and to confirm your order.

  • When submitting an order, simply correct the information and check the box at the top of the customer input on the customer form. Any changes you make will be updated in our database.
