Since 1874, Rieker is one of the oldest and largest of the German footwear manufactures. Its number one priority has been their commitment to maintaining the Gold Star standard. These include designing shoes that allow for the wide range of motion and dynamic qualities of the human foot, while allowing for geographic and demographic fashion preferences. Rieker shoes are all Handcrafted European Comfort Shoe with a unique antistress system. A ridged Riricon sole cushions all the load-bearing areas, particularly the ball and the heel of the foot, for maximum shock absorption. Rieker also has 30% more room for the toes; no tightness when sitting or walking for long periods.
